Shipping & Returns


We do our best to get orders out within 24 hours! If you order before 1pm (EST), Monday through Saturday, your order will likely ship the same day! Orders placed later on Saturday or on Sunday will ship out first thing Monday morning.

The time for you to receive the order is  dependent on your choice of shipping partners (USPS vs UPS). Please note, COVID has impacted shipping times and some items are taking longer than others. 

We do not ship on holidays. 



In most cases, we use USPS Priority for shipping orders. These orders are tracked and insured! Published transit time is 2-3 business days, but again COVID may impact this estimate. 

For small, very lightweight packages, we can use First Class Packages, if you choose that option at checkout. Please be advised this will take longer than Priority packages. 


UPS Ground is generally a less expensive option if the package weighs more than 2 lbs. This option also comes with tracking and insurance. For the most of the U.S., transit time is 2-3 business days. For the west coast, transit time can be up to 5 business days.


Shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout based on the item weight and destination. We do not charge for handling.

Shipping times vary based on destination. Please note we ship to U.S. addresses (including APO) only. All of our orders ship from Georgia. You will receive an email with tracking when your product has shipped.


From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions over a certain dollar amount. If this promotion is being offered, it will be shown at the very top of the homepage. 

Orders with free shipping will be shipped via the most economical way available. No guarantees are made as to transit times, but you should expect 5-8 business days. 


We want you to be happy with your order! If there are any issues upon receiving your order, please contact us immediately so we may resolve it!

Our returns policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All seasonal and holiday sales are final and cannot be returned. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. 

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Some health and personal care items

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Refunds will only be processed once the item is received.
